CONFIRM 18 COUNTRIES
The organization of the Junior World Weightlifting Championship (34avo male and female 14avo) confirmed the entry of 19 countries, even if still missing two months for the completion of the contest, which will stage the modern Exhibition "Centre Valley of the Pacific". The secretariat of the event received documentation from Armenia, Belarus, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Iran, Lithuania, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine. The decommissioning of entries is set for next May 20.
Turkey, with 28 people is the country with the highest number of accreditations had requested. Of these 15 are athletes (7 men and 8 women), 4 delegates, 6 coaches and 3 physicians.

COLOMBIA DEFEND WORLD TITLE
A strong women's team is preparing in Cali under the leadership of national selector Hook Karouchkov and aims to retain the world junior title succeeded in Prague last year.

The Royal Spanish Federation of Weightlifting, entered three boys and three women as their representatives at the Junior World Weightlifting Championship. The composition is as follows:

JESSICA RIVERA, THE STAR OF PUERTO RICO
One pesista will represent Puerto Rico in the Junior World Weights in Cali. This is Jessica Rivera, 18 years old, who was entered in the category of 58 kilograms.
The Puerto Rican athlete, who already has extensive international experience proves a card of 155 kilograms in total (sum and sent to boot). Jessica Rivera will be accompanied by his coach Julio Martínez, the delegate Andres Vargas and the referee David Colon.
